Lisa

Ever since Lisa left school, she has been in the health and fitness industry and most of all has a passion in helping people.

Lisa has experience in personal training, Gym Management and Group Fitness Instruction working in gyms in Perth. Guiding people in their health and fitness goals and encouraging people to lead a healthier and happier life.

After working in Perth Gyms Lisa made the move to work in the Fly in Fly out industry as a Health and Lifestyle Coordinator. During this time Lisa in addition, to looking after the gym in the camps, Lisa ran a Wellness Centre on one of the camps. The Wellness Centre had Yoga, meditation, Pilates and foam roller classes. Lisa said as a result this is the reason for the change of direction in her life. She was therefore able to see how important it is to create balance into your life.

Lisa went on to complete her qualification as a Remedial Massage Therapist and this is were everything fell into place and she found a passion to help people understand how important it is to look after their bodies.

Lisa had this to say ‘I love the feeling clients get once they have had a massage and walk away with a smile on their face and feel like they have been in another place. The response their bodies get from a massage is one they are always grateful for and I am just happy I have the privilege to help them’.

In the near future Lisa will finally open a Wellness Centre that will include Massage, Yoga, Naturopathy and a health cafe therefore allowing her to truly help people in more of a holistic way.

Chanelle

After many years of working in Administration, sitting at a desk working long hours in an office all day, and suffering from severe lower back pain and poor posture, Chanelle made a decision to change her career path and commenced studying Certificate IV in Massage Therapy and Diploma in Remedial Massage Therapy, in early 2019.

Chanelle has participated in voluntary massage at events including MACA 200 Cancer for Research and the Busselton Ironman 2019. She has also had the opportunity of massaging the Under 19 State Cricket Team of Victoria. This has allowed her to work with a different variety of people including athletes. Through that, this fuelled Chanelle’s passion for massage even more, and she found a passion for helping people of all ages and fitness ranges and those who suffer with pain and injuries of all types, in particular, lower back pain.

Chanelle is qualified in Swedish/Relaxation Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, Sports Massage, Remedial Massage, Trigger Point Therapy, Myofascial Release, Myofascial Cupping, Functional Release Cupping and Dry Needling. Chanelle endeavours to further her career path by acquiring her Reiki Certification: Level 1, 2 and Master Certification in Energy Healing, as well as learning Emmett Therapy and Bowen Therapy.

Chanelle loves seeing clients feeling more relaxed and being able to move more freely after a treatment. She does her best to ensure each client receives results specific to their needs, as well as achieving results that allow clients to feel de-stressed, have increased mobility and reduced pain and tension.  Chanelle thrives in giving her clients the best possible treatment and outcome, in order to help them improve their body function and movement.

Natalie

Natalie has always had an interest in how the body moves and works, but took her time to find what really spoke to her.

As a mother to three children, Natalie’s love for the human body and helping people took a back seat until her youngest child started her schooling and working in retail until her time to branch out came. Earlier in 2020, she embarked on her diploma of Remedial Massage, this is where her passion for helping others began to shine through.

Since her studies began, Natalie has really found a love for the relaxation effects massage can have on the body while releasing negative holding patterns that come from years and years of holding onto pain, emotions and postural habits. Her modalities include Swedish Relaxation, reflexology, Trigger Point, Myofascial Release, Pregnancy Massage, Remedial Massage and Energy balancing. Natalie hopes to continue adding to her massage knowledge with Cupping, Dry Needling and Reiki to come in the near future.

Natalie has a love for pole dancing. She is constantly in awe of others, and loves seeing the body moves and just what we can achieve when we put our mind, body and soul together.

Chris

As a child Chris suffered from every allergy possible. He spent most of his childhood either in hospital, or inside the house… As soon as he could, he just wanted to play sport. Cricket, soccer, badminton, and athletics were his forte’.

When it was time to choose where he wanted his studies to take me, obviously he had to study the function and mechanics of the human body!

During his Bachelor of Sports Science Degree, he began working in a Recreation Centre and gym. He then decided that he wanted to coach people to be fit, healthy, and strong!

Chris finished his degree, then studied his Cert 3 & 4 in Fitness, and became a Personal Trainer. Chris then moved on to study Injury Rehabilitation and management within the gym setting, then 10 years into his career, he realised he wanted to do more for people. He didn’t want to send anyone away to have their injuries treated and if he could treat them himself he could then be providing them with the best possible service. Chris then completed my Cert 4, Remedial Massage Diploma, and Dry Needling qualification, and for the last 6 years he has been treating everyone’s pain, injuries, mechanical deficiencies, pathomechanics, and postural issues.

17 years on as a PT, with 6 years incorporating Remedial Massage and Dry Needling, he feels like he has a great ‘Balance’ of skills to coach people in a physical and holistic environment. This will assist people to get that optimal balance of strong, healthy and flexible muscles, and get people performing and functioning the way you truly desire….. Ultimately leading people to become the best possible version of themselves.

Currently Chris is a seasoned Ninja Warrior and has competed in the last 3 World Championship’s, and is constantly working on finding that optimum training and recovery balance. He knows first hand what it feels like when your body is put under too much stress, without the adequate recovery.
