Foam Rollers

Foam rollers are exercises devices used for massage and fitness. While usually long and cylindrical, they come in many shapes, sizes and varying textures.

Using a foam roller is essentially a way to give yourself a deep tissue massage. By slowing rolling over various areas of your body, you’ll help break up adhesions and scar tissue and speed up the healing and recovery process.

Foam rollers are great to use with Massage Balls. Use the foam roller first to loosen and lengthen the muscle and then using the massage ball to focus more specifically on the trigger points.
