Lisa Elwell – Bringing BALANCE back into your life through MASSAGE.
Ever since Lisa left school, she has been in the health and fitness industry and most of all has a passion in helping people.
Lisa has experience in personal training, Gym Management and Group Fitness Instruction working in gyms in Perth. Guiding people in their health and fitness goals and encouraging people to lead a healthier and happier life.
After working in Perth Gyms Lisa made the move to work in the Fly in Fly out industry as a Health and Lifestyle Coordinator. During this time Lisa in addition, to looking after the gym in the camps, Lisa ran a Wellness Centre on one of the camps. The wellness centre had Yoga, meditation, Pilates and foam roller classes. Lisa said as a result this is the reason for the change of direction in her life. She was therefore able to see how important it is to create balance into your life.
Lisa went on to complete her qualification as a Remedial Massage Therapist and this is were everything feel into place and she found a passion to help people unstandardised how important it is to look after their bodies.
Lisa had this to say ‘I love the feeling clients get once they have had a massage and walk away with a smile on their face and feel like they have been in another place. The response their bodies get from a massage is one they are always greatful for and I am just happy I have the privilege to help them’.
In the near future Lisa will finally open a Wellness Centre that will include Massage, Yoga and Naturopathy, therefore allowing her to truly help people in more of a holistic way.
